We do NOT store your property documents, ownership papers, or sensitive personal information. We only retain the absolute minimum required for service delivery:
Most platforms hoard your data to cross-sell you products later. We don't. Once your property transaction is complete, we purge your sensitive documents from our temporary work systems. We are a concierge service, not a data broker.
All document transmission happens securely (usually via encrypted WhatsApp or Email) directly to the relevant parties. We act as a pass-through conduit. We do not create a permanent database of your files.
Our privacy framework is overseen by our Legal Head, Prakriti Vyas. We adhere strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, ensuring that your "Right to be Forgotten" is respected by default—because we don't remember you in our database effectively to begin with, beyond the basic contact ledger.
